Return & Exchange Policy
Love My Sole values their customers and wants them to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. We are happy to exchange & accept returns provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging & returned to us (with proof of purchase) within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Please note the conditions below:

Returns: All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Although we would like to process your return as quickly as possible, please allow a time frame of at least 12 days to process this. We will contact you immediately to let you know we have received your package.
Note: Any items worn will not be refundable. Any items deemed to be subject to wear & tear will not be accepted as faulty. If you are uncertain about your purchase, please try the shoes on a carpeted surface, as damaged soles will void your right to return.
Damaged / Faulty Goods: If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify rebeccacrozier@lovemysole.com.aufor advice before returning the item.
Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.
Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense.
We will refund you for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, and will credit the amount to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.
Exchanges: (Size Exchange)
Love My Sole will provide a size exchange if:
- The goods (shoes and purse) have not been used and are in their original condition.
- Proof of purchase is provided
- The goods are returned to us within 10 days of dispatch of order - please email info@lovemysole.com.au detailing your request as soon as possible with the size you require so we can reserve it for you. Return postage to us must be paid for by the sender
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability
Note: We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
Should you decide to exchange any items, please include a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you. Customers wishing to exchange must cover all postage costs. We recommend that all returns or exchanges be sent as registered post as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
Please note shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
