By using this website, you show that you agree to all the terms & conditions mentioned below. Love My Sole reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime. Please make a note to check back from time to time. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer from you to enter into an agreement with us. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions you must immediately stop using the site.

Customer Service Policy

Love My Sole is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

The products available on lovemysole.com.au are only available for sale to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the Australian law. Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date details such as their real name, contact numbers, email address and correct transaction details in order for the purchase of products to be validated. If information is found to be false or incorrect, orders will be cancelled immediately.

There are a number of ways Love My Sole accepts payments. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If for any reason your issuer does not accept your payment, Love My Sole will not be held for any non-delivery. Accepted forms of payment include the following:

Online: Secure Online payment confidence from Westpac Bank and Securepay. We have partnered with Westpac Bank and Securepay, our third party secure gateway provider, to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and American Express (AMEX). Love My Sole guarantees that your credit card number will never be viewed by our staff as it is taken online, directly through our secure payment gateway.

Other: We also accept Australia Post Money Orders and Bank Cheques. However, when paying by these methods your goods can only be dispatched when cheques/money orders have cleared. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation.
